74 days until I start my Kilimanjaro expedition and I am feeling GREAT! This past month was all about getting used to solo hikes and seeking out elevation. This hike along the Wallace Falls trail was one of my favorites. Using Strava—the routes tool in particular—has been so helpful in finding routes that will give me the right amount of challenge. I also love to track my progress, week to week, seeing the elevation build along with my fitness. But, let’s be honest, the best part is the kudos an
