it’s so easy for dirt and build up to get the trapped inside of locs that’s why it’s so important to detox those locs! and it’s even more important to make sure you’re unraveling the root of the locs to get ALL the dirt and build up out! one of the major causes of build up inside locs are using the wrong products!! you cannot use heavy products in locs because locs are permanent you can’t comb out the product! i recommend a very light or waterbased product to twist your locs. i used my waterbase
