This road rage incident happened this morning on the A13, where an aggressive driver repeatedly slammed on their brakes in front of another vehicle. The victim said that they were driving at around 70MPH in the right hand lane, when the driver behind became impatient. The driver then decided to make a dangerous undertake move before pulling in front and applying their brakes sharply. The incident happened in the same area where two people recently lost their lives in a serious collision on the A
