Whole onion roasted in the oven 🧅 Ingredients - 2 onions (i used Vidalia onions) - 2 tbsps of butter - salt - pepper - italian seasoning Preheat oven to 350F Start by preparing your oven safe dish with foil or parchment paper at the bottom. Cut the ends off your onions and remove outer paper layer. Add to the baking dish. Top with any seasonings of choice. Put the pad of butter on top. Bake in the oven for an hour to an hour and a half. All depends on the size of your onion. Remove from onion.
