Multiple cars have washed into the ocean during flash flooding in Wye River, in Victoria's south-west, this afternoon. A witness says four cars ended up in the sea after a sudden heavy downpour. Vision obtained from the area shows at least two cars being carried into the swell. At Mt Cowley, a short distance away, more than 105 millimetres of rain was recorded in just three hours to 1pm.
