The first time for our guys hit the Hip Flexor Plank: Ideally looking for a flat back position, with one hip in flexion and the other in extension. Focus should be on driving the bottom knee up into flexion as much as possible like a sprint, while squeezing the top leg into the bench with a fully bent knee.
