This morning, the Hernando County Sheriff's Office Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics took place on Mariner Boulevard. The group made their way from The Arc Nature Coast to Spring Hill Elementary School. The annual event helps raise money for Special Olympic programs in Hernando County. Earlier this afternoon, station 4 transported a seizure patient to HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital helicopter pad to establish a landing zone for TGH Aeromed to transport by air, due to the circumstances of the patient. Great team work to all! | Hernando County Fire Rescue
