Flats all day! Bourbon Maple Bacon Chicken Wings 1lb bacon 1/4c bourbon 1/4c maple syrup 1/2c brown sugar 4tbsp butter Cut up the bacon into small piece and cook until crispy. Remove half of the grease and throw in the butter. Add everything else and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. The sauce should be sticky syrup.
