Homewood Mountain Resort is a privately-owned mountain and visitors predominantly ski/ride on privately-owned land with the exception of the Quail Face, directly above Quail Lake. Access to Quail Face is granted through a US Forest Service special use permit.

Each Discounted Homewood 5-year Full-Time West Shore Residents Season Pass includes an option to purchase up to 6 non-peak buddy day tickets to Homewood annually, dynamically priced at a 35% discount to Palisades / Northstar day ticket price for the given day.

The Homewood Mountain Sports Pop-Up Shop & Project Information Center is open this winter at North Lodge. We are here to share information about the project, our path to TRPA approvals, and our plan to reopen the Resort for everyone to enjoy.
