WSSC Water continues to repair Maryland water main breaks
Repairs continue across southern Maryland as WSSC Water tries to get ahead of the ongoing water main breaks across its system. The utility company says it's been an uphill battle trying to stay ahead of all the breaks.

WSSC Water is still working to fix about 50 water main breaks across Montgomery and Prince George’s counties with frigid temperatures making the situation harder. At about 11 p.m. on Tuesday, WSSC Officials said crews were in the Suitland/Hillcrest area near Dianna Drive fixing a water main break.
Cold weather impacts WSSC Water repairs
WSSC Water is working to repair several water main breaks across Montgomery and Prince George's counties. However, with temperatures continuing to plummet, the water company said it has responded to hundreds of water main breaks and leaks since the start of January.
