Officials in the city of Owasso, Oklahoma are apologizing for a controversial Facebook post promoting a blood drive that residents say is no laughing matter.

As of Friday afternoon at 3 p.m., law enforcement personnel were still searching for the shooter. The incident occurred around 10:30 a.m. at the Owl Bar in Anaconda.
