SUSPECT CAPTURED: Vance Boelter, the suspect in the fatal shootings of a Minnesota lawmaker and her husband, as well as the woundings of another lawmaker and his wife, has been captured.
Vance Boelter, who was arrested overnight near his farm in Green Isle, Minnesota, is facing federal charges and state charges, including first-degree murder, officials said.
A suspect is in custody after Minnesota State Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband were fatally shot Saturday, while State Sen. John Hoffman and his wife were wounded.
