An 18-year-old woman was killed on a Los Angeles Metro bus after intervening in a fight; the shooting may be gang-related and the suspect is at large.

A shooting aboard a bus late Friday night in South Los Angeles left a woman dead, authorities confirmed. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a man, about 20, and an 18-year-old woman were involved in a confrontation inside of a LA Metro bus around 10:40 p.m.
