From flashy draft houses to openly adopting a slogan of " (expletive) them picks," there is no arguing that the strategy worked.

A shaky start to the 2024 season ended with a 5-1 streak down the stretch and a 10-7 record, good enough to win the NFC West. The Rams then defeated the Minnesota Vikings in the playoffs before losing in a snowy clash with the Philadelphia Eagles.
