Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum will miss the remainder of the 2025 postseason and is likely to miss the 2025-26 NBA season after undergoing surgery to repair a torn right Achilles tendon, the team announced on Tuesday.
There is not word as of yet exactly what the injury is, but based on the fact that it was non-contact, and Tatum was wheeled to the locker room holding the back of his ankle, there is a belief that it is something to do with his Achilles tendon.
