Aston Martin has named Andy Cowell the team principal for its Formula 1 team, with Mike Krack moving into a new role after serving as the team principal since 2022. Cowell adds to his job title after leaving his role as head of Mercedes' High Performance Powertrains to become Aston Martin's CEO last July.

More changes have come to Aston Martin ahead of the 2025 Formula 1 season. On Friday the team announced a series of moves at the senior management level, including the naming of a new Team Principal.
