If the Philadelphia Eagles and their fans were worried about whether starting quarterback Jalen Hurts would be unable to play in the team's wild-card matchup against the Green Bay Packers, their concerns evaporated quickly. Worry no more, Eagle fans.

Jalen Hurts is back for the Eagles — limited at practice, for now — and with all signs pointing toward their star quarterback set to start this weekend in an NFC wild-card playoff game. Hurts was a limited participant in practice Wednesday for the first time since he suffered a concussion in Week 16 and was expected to return for Sunday’s home game against the Green Bay Packers.

Hurts still needs to clear concussion protocol, which includes approval from an independent neurologist. If he doesn't, the Eagles will start backup QB Kenny Pickett or Tanner McKee. Although Hurts has missed two games, Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni doesn't seem worried about the QB showing signs of rust.
