PHILMONT — Police are searching for a man who was allegedly involved in a gang assault in the village last week. State police issued an arrest warrant for William M. Metz, 34, of Claverack, on charges of first-degree gang assault, a class B felony, and second-degree assault, a class D felony.

Victoria F. Mannino, 51, of Germantown, was arrested on charges of first-degree gang assault, and first-degree robbery, both class B felonies. She was also charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor.
