The Miami Dolphins are looking to rebound after an 8-9 campaign in 2024 that had them on the outside looking in on the playoffs. While last year didn't produce enough wins for the Dolphins, they did get a notable boost on offense from Jonnu Smith.

The only thing is, there hasn’t been much of an update on that side. Smith did, however, sit out of minicamp as he and agent Drew Rosenhaus seek a new contract. Rosenhaus recently called conversations with the Dolphin “still fluid” on WSVN 7’s Sports Xtra.

Jonnu Smith did not attend the Dolphins' mandatory minicamp last week, but that doesn't mean the tight end will definitely be playing elsewhere this fall.

USA T&F's Noah Lyles confirmed this week that his viral race with Dolphins wideout Tyreek Hill will not go on as planned.

In February, Lyles and Hill announced their plan to race each other but had yet to pick a date or distance. The announcement came after the two traded a series of jabs for over a year, sparked by Hill’s criticism of Lyles’ 2023 comments about how American sports leagues shouldn’t deem their annual winners as “world champions.”
