Six arrested in connection with downtown Cincinnati attack that left Holly with life-altering injuries when she tried to help another victim.

The legislation would increase minimum sentences for violent offenders after a July 26 attack that left the victim struggling to walk and in "excruciating pain."

Sen. Moreno said under Holly’s Act, “judges can no longer hide behind their cloak.” Described by Cincinnati police as a “violent attack,” Chief Teresa Theetge said at the outset that six people were charged for their roles in the brawl.
