LATROBE, Pa. -- The Pittsburgh Steelers lost three defensive tackles to injury on Wednesday, head coach Mike Tomlin said. As they start to work out defensive tackles in preparation for the players to miss, Tomlin said that Dean Lowry, Esezi Otomewo, and Jacob Slade all have knee injuries.

With a spate of injuries hitting the defensive line early in training camp, the Pittsburgh Steelers signed former UFL player Kyler Baugh to a contract. Baugh, 23, played nose tackle for the St. Louis Battlehawks this past season.
