I thought that was odd. If I do the full /showvector, then dozens of old antiquated replication vectors are shown. Could this be what is triggering the alert?

No generated replication links in ADS&S even after running a repadmin /kcc to force a KCC run. I checked DNS and can't find any issues. SRV records all seem to exist in the right places. Etc.
