The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 is a premium gamepad with adjustable joysticks, amazingly soft rubber grips, and a long-lasting battery.

The Elite Series 2 Core controller is on offer. I've worked out a way you can get the full-fat version for cheaper though, and Xbox won't like it.
