The Trump economy is pushing further into state capitalism as the U.S. takes stakes or golden shares in Intel, MP Materials and U.S. Steel.
The stake instantly will make Nvidia one of Intel's largest shareholders, giving it roughly 4 per cent or more of the company after new shares are issued to complete the deal.
