Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds' publicist Leslie Sloane filed a motion to dismiss, asking to be removed from Justin Baldoni's $400 million lawsuit. In the filing, her lawyers say Lively 'bravely spoke up about Baldoni’s predatory behavior.

Blake Lively's publicist, Leslie Sloane, argued it was not defamatory to say that the whole cast of "It Ends With Us" hated director Justin Baldoni.

Baldoni denied the allegations and subsequently filed a $400 million countersuit against Lively, Sloan and Lively’s husband Ryan Reynolds. Baldoni accused the group of civil extortion, defamation, false light invasion of privacy and other claims.

Allegedly false statements from Leslie Sloane of Vision PR include assertions that the "whole cast doesn't like Justin" and that "Blake was sexually assaulted." She says they aren't defamatory.
