Accused Minnesota assassin Vance Boelter's alleged plan to kill more politicians on his target list was foiled by a police sergeant's proactive hunch.

The man suspected of fatally shooting a Democratic Minnesota state representative and her husband, and wounding another state legislator and his wife, was captured in a Green Isle field on Sunday evening after a massive two-day manhunt.
