Fights are erupting over dwindling supplies in Gaza, a United Nations aid official said on Friday, as Israel's total blockade on supplies into the enclave hit the two-month mark.

Security messages seen by The Associated Press say armed groups and others have looted warehouses of supplies in northern Gaza since Wednesday. Witnesses and aid groups confirm the looting as desperation spikes after more than two months of Israel’s blockade.
