Shohei Ohtani is officially coming to the popular video game Fortnite. The Los Angeles Dodgers star is getting his own custom skin in the game's upcoming update on March 17, making him the first MLB player to be featured in the game.

Ohtani joins an impressive roster of athletes-turned-Fortnite skins. Soccer player Neymar Jr. appeared in the battle-royale title in 2021; NBA star LeBron James arrived in 2021 as well; NFL star Patrick Mahomes was brought to the game in 2022; and Shaq showed up a few months ago in October.

Shohei Ohtani, the LA Dodger slugger who won the National League MVP last year, is a baseball superstar and a global phenom for the sport. He will also be the first MLB player to make his way into Fortnite.
