ERIE, Colo. — Multiple agencies responded to a small plane crash near Erie Municipal Airport on Sunday afternoon, the Erie Police Department said. Mountain View Fire Rescue said there were two people onboard the plane when it crashed into a field on the east side of the runway. It's unclear if anyone was injured.

Two people were killed after a small plane crashed just east of the runway at a northern Colorado airport. The crash happened Sunday afternoon at the Erie Municipal Airport, 3 miles south of the town of Erie and about 4 miles west of I-25.

Two Hong Kong airport security staff were killed early Monday after a cargo plane from Dubai skidded off the runway on landing, collided with their security patrol vehicle and pushed it into the sea,
