A Hanover, Massachusetts, police officer was arrested Monday in connection with a fatal crash that killed a pedestrian, the town's police department announced.

The Cleveland Division of Police arrested a man who is a suspect in a homicide at Halloran Park on the city’s West side.

Longmont police officers made an arrest for a drug violation at 5:10 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of Hover Street. Officers also took a report of an assault, a report of a burglary and made an arrest for a DUI on Sunday.

Officials said the man ran while still in handcuffs.
