Two years in the making, Guinness’ Open Gate Brewery has an opening date in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood.

After months of anticipation, Chicago's Guinness’ Open Gate brewery, located at 901 W. Kinzie, will open to the public Thursday, Sept. 28.
