Prosecutors in Indianapolis have added a felony battery charge in the ongoing case of Mark Sanchez, the former USC quarterback and current Fox Sports analyst who was stabbed over the weekend during an early-morning altercation in an alley with a truck driver.

The attorneys for Perry Tole, the 69-year-old alleged victim of an attack by ex-New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez, said he has been released from the hospital and is at home recovering, though he is still struggling to speak due to his facial injuries.
