The State Fire Marshal's Office says a lithium-ion battery from an electric scooter was the cause of a large fire at a Ludlow home on Tuesday afternoon.
A wheelchair powered by a lithium-ion battery exploded while charging Friday night in the 4100 block of Grant Lane, according to the Fire Department.
