Both began life as Air Canada 747-400 passenger aircraft and were later converted to freighters, with G-ONEE and G-UNET being converted to cargo aircraft in the early 2000s.

Air Canada, Canada's largest airline, says it's making plans to suspend flights beginning on Sept. 15 if a new contract is not reached with the union representing more than 5,000 pilots.
