While we’re all waiting for official news about the Switch 2, Nintendo has gone ahead and announced a very different kind of console. The company is teasing a collaboration with Lego that will see the original grey brick known as a Game Boy rendered in Lego blocks.

Nintendo has announced that it is working with Lego on a second set based on one of its consoles. The Lego Game Boy will be launched in October 2025, according to a teaser posted on X. Lego and Nintendo have been collaborating for a while now,

There have been plenty of Lego Nintendo kits already on the market, from interactive Mario sets to that fantastic NES recreation. This Game Boy idea is my favorite of all, though.
