GameStop is looking into stores that are forcing expensive and otherwise optional bundles for Nintendo Switch 2 pre-orders.

At 11:34AM ET, deals-hunter Wario64 posted that GameStop’s Switch 2 preorders were actually live. A few Verge staffers were then able to get a console in their cart, and one was actually able to make a purchase, but they didn’t get a confirmation email from GameStop until shortly after 1PM ET.

Get those clicks in quickly because preorders for the Nintendo Switch 2 are now live at GameStop, and they're likely to sell out quickly. You'll want to grab your new console here if you're trading in an older console since GameStop has the best trade-in value, by far.
