EVIL, David Finlay, and Yota Tsuji have made it through block action and are now in the NJPW G1 Climax 35 playoffs.

One such contract that was signed a few years ago was that of David Finlay. Now, according to a new report from Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp, Finlay’s NJPW contract is soon to come to an end.

David Finlay defended the title against Yota Tsuji at the show, and Tsuji pinned him with The Gene Blaster to win the title. In doing so, he captured his first singles championship in NJPW.
