Police, city officials and family members said Williams was shot and killed while walking her child to a bus stop near 10th Street and Chestnut Street on Wednesday morning. Lovett Knuckles, the victim’s sister, said it was routine for Williams to walk her 7-year-old daughter to her bus stop.
